All furniture is carefully inspected and cartoned according to trucking and railroad requirements. The transportation company assumes full
responsibility upon acceptance of the shipment. If shipment arrives damaged:
- Note any visible loss or damage on freight bill
- In case of concealed loss or damage notify transportation company immediately and file “Concealed Damage” claim. This should be done within 5 days of receipt of furniture.
- Be sure to retain the carton and packaging for inspection because the carton may not show outside damage.
